The big day is approaching. To ensure your vehicle pickup goes smoothly and stress-free, good preparation is key. Here are the essentials you shouldn’t forget before meeting your rental provider.

• A valid ID: Make sure it is in the name of the person who made the booking on the platform.

• Driver’s license: Essential for the main driver, but don’t forget to also bring those of any declared additional drivers.

• Security deposit: By bank pre-authorization or by cheque, depending on the rental provider’s terms. Without a deposit, the rental provider has the right to refuse release of the vehicle.

 Did you know you can speed up the formalities? To save valuable time, we recommend completing your bank pre-authorization via the secure link sent by email 24 hours before the start of your rental.

Once you have all these items ready, all that’s left is to complete the check-in inspection with your rental provider.
